Reseller & white-label
Sell Convo360 to your own customers as if it were your product. Set your own prices, keep the margin, and (on white-label) run it under your brand and domain.
Become a partner
Apply as a Reseller or White-label partner during sign-up (or from your account). Once the platform owner approves you, the Reseller Console unlocks.
Add customers
- Create a customer directly — set a temporary password and hand it over.
- Invite a customer — they get an email link, set their own password, and land under your account automatically.
Each customer is your sub-account: set their plan and the price you charge them (at or above the platform floor — you keep the difference). Renewals bill from your wallet.
Manage a customer
- Renew a customer for another month (charged from your wallet).
- Reset password — set a new login password for a customer if they're locked out, then share it (they can change it after logging in).
- Suspend / activate a customer's access.
White-label branding
On the White-label plan, add your logo, name, colours and custom domain — your customers see your brand on the login page and throughout the app. Point a domain at the platform and verify it via DNS.
💡 The platform never bills your customers directly and takes no cut of your retail price — you collect from them, and pay the platform its per-customer floor from your wallet.
