Vani, your AI Copilot

Say what you want, and the app does it. Copilot is Vani, an assistant with a rainbow aura ring: a panel at the side of every screen where you type or speak a request, such as “build a WhatsApp flow that asks for name and phone”, and it builds it, shows you, and waits for your go-ahead.

What it can do

  • Build a flow from a description: greetings, questions that save the answer, menus with buttons, and steps where the AI answers from your knowledge base.
  • Save the answers as part of that flow: as a new row in your Google Sheet, as a lead in the CRM, or both. Say “save it to my Google Sheet”. Google must be connected under Integrations first; Copilot then uses the sheet you chose most recently and matches each answer to a column.
  • Change a flow you already have: “add a Diamond option to the menu” or “ask for the phone number after the name”. The change is saved as a draft. Your live flow keeps running as it was until you open the draft and press Publish.
  • Send a WhatsApp broadcast: “send the diwali_offer template to the VIP and Gold groups tomorrow at 10 am”. It shows the template, the groups, how many people and the time, and sends only when you confirm.
  • Open the right page when you say what you are trying to do, for example “where do I connect WhatsApp?”
  • Book an appointment when you give it a name and a date and time.
  • Explain how something works in this app, and point you to the page for it.

You can write in English, Hindi or Hinglish. The messages it writes for your bot follow the language you used.

What it cannot do yet

  • Change a flow that contains conditions, waits, payment links, API calls or other blocks it does not lay down itself. It tells you so and leaves the flow alone; edit those in the Flow Builder.
  • Broadcast a template that has a picture, video or document, or more than one blank to fill. Send those from Campaigns, where you can see what goes in each blank.
  • Make phone calls, connect a channel or an account, create a template, or change billing. It opens the right page and you do those yourself.

Open it

  1. Click Copilot in the top bar of any screen, or press Ctrl + J.
  2. Type what you want, or press the microphone and speak.
  3. Read what it proposes. For a flow you see every step, indented under its menu option.
  4. Press Create it to go ahead, or Cancel. Nothing is created until you press Create it.

It shows you before it acts

Answers and opening a page happen straight away. Anything that would create something is different: Copilot lays out exactly what it will make and waits. If you cancel, nothing changes.

A flow it builds opens in the Flow Builder like any other, fully editable. It does not start replying to customers by itself; that happens when you choose the flow on an agent.

Copilot never invents your prices, address or opening hours. Where a message needs one, it leaves a clear placeholder such as [your opening hours] for you to fill in.

Tokens

Everything else in Convo360 runs on your own AI key. Copilot is the exception: it runs on ours, so that it works on day one, before you have connected anything. For that reason it has its own token balance, kept separate from your wallet and from your bots.

  • Your balance is shown at the top of Vani’s panel.
  • To buy more, open Billing & Plan → Vani AI tokens: it shows your balance and the packs on sale. A pack is paid from your wallet (GST added) and the tokens arrive straight away. Only the workspace owner or an admin can buy.
  • Each request uses tokens; building a flow uses a little more than asking a question.
  • You start with 100,000 free tokens, given once per workspace. That is about 80 requests, enough to build several flows.
  • When it runs out, the workspace owner or an admin can add a pack from the panel. Packs are paid from your wallet.

If our AI is unavailable and a request fails, you are not charged for it.

Finding your way costs no tokens

Copilot knows every page of the app. When you only need to know where something is, it answers from that map straight away, without using any tokens, and it works even when your tokens have run out:

  • “where do I create a template”, “open billing”, “how to import contacts”, “show call recordings”
  • the same in Hinglish: “template kaha banana hai”, “recharge kaise kare”
  • a page name on its own: “knowledge base”, “contacts”, “team”

It opens the page and tells you what to press there.

How-to questions are answered from these guides, also for no tokens. Ask “how do I schedule a broadcast”, “do campaigns respect DND”, “how do I stop the AI making things up” or “broadcast kaise bheje”, and Copilot shows the passage from the guide that answers it, word for word, with a button to open the full guide. It does this only when a guide clearly answers the question; otherwise it opens the right page, or asks the AI.

Tokens are used only when Copilot has to work something out or do it for you: building or changing a flow, preparing a broadcast, or a question about your own account such as “why did my broadcast fail”.

Every answer says what it cost. Under each reply you will see either “No tokens used” or “Used 1,240 tokens”, so there is never a doubt about what was charged.

Your chat is kept. Refreshing the page or moving to another page does not clear the conversation; it is kept in your browser for you alone. Press Clear chat at the top of the panel to start again. Clearing removes only the conversation, never anything you created.

Team permissions still apply

Copilot is not a way around roles. A team member who is not allowed to build flows by hand cannot have Copilot build one, and the same goes for appointments. Only the owner or an admin can buy tokens.

Getting it

Copilot is on for every workspace, with 100,000 free tokens to start. Press Ctrl + J or click Ask Vani in the top bar. You pay only if you add a token pack after the free tokens are used.

Frequently asked questions

What is Copilot in Convo360?
Copilot is Vani, a panel at the side of the app where you type or speak what you want. It can build a conversation flow from a description, open the right page, book an appointment, or explain how something works.
Does Copilot change things without asking?
No. Anything it would create, such as a flow or an appointment, is shown to you first in plain lines with a Create it button. Nothing is created until you press it. Opening a page or answering a question needs no confirmation.
Do I need my own AI key to use Copilot?
No. Copilot runs on Convo360's own AI, so it works before you have connected a key. That is why it has its own token balance, which starts with 100,000 free tokens and is separate from your wallet and from your bots, which still run on your own keys.
Will a flow built by Copilot start replying to customers straight away?
No. The flow is created and opens in the Flow Builder for you to check and edit. It only answers customers once you choose it on an agent.
Can I speak to Copilot instead of typing?
Yes, in browsers that support speech input, such as Chrome and Edge. Press the microphone, speak, and your words appear in the box for you to check before sending.
