Quick start

Go from sign-up to a live agent in a few minutes. You'll create an account, connect your own AI key, start from a template, connect a channel, and publish.

1. Create your account

Head to aiagent.convo360.ai/register and sign up — the 14-day free trial unlocks everything, no credit card needed. Your first workspace is created automatically.

You will also be asked what your business does. It is optional and you can skip it, but answering means the Template Store opens on the ready-made agents for your trade instead of all of them.

2. Add your AI key (BYOK)

Convo360 is bring-your-own-keys: you connect your own AI provider so there's no per-message markup. In Integrations → Provider keys add a key from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Google Gemini for chat, and Sarvam, Smallest.ai, OpenAI or ElevenLabs for voice.

💡 Prefer no AI? You can build a guided (rule-based) bot with buttons and menus that needs no AI key at all.

3. Start from a template

Open the Template Store and pick a ready-made agent for your trade (pre-filtered to the industry you chose at sign-up) — tagged for chat, voice or both. Install it, then edit the wording, buttons and knowledge to match your business.

Email verification at sign-up

When you create an account we email a 6-digit code; enter it on the next screen and you are in. The code is valid for 15 minutes and you can request a new one any time. Temporary or disposable email addresses (mailinator, 10-minute mail and similar) are not accepted — use your regular work or personal email.

Signing in securely

Turn on two-factor authentication under Account → Security (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password…). Lost your authenticator or changed phones? On the sign-in page choose Try another way: get a one-time code by email or on WhatsApp (to the mobile number on your account), or use one of the backup codes you saved. The sign-up verification code can also be sent on WhatsApp instead of email.

Staying signed in: “Keep me signed in for 30 days” is ticked on the sign-in page by default, so the web app and the installed phone app stay signed in (30 days from your last use). Untick it on a shared or public computer; you are then signed out after 30 minutes of no activity. One account can be signed in on up to 3 devices at once; signing in on a fourth signs out the oldest one. Sign out signs out only the device you are using; resetting your password signs out every device.

On your own computer or phone, tick Remember this device for 30 days when you enter the code, and you won't be asked for it again on that browser for 30 days. You still enter your password each time. Changing your password, or turning two-factor off and on, forgets every remembered device. Don't tick it on a shared or public computer.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need to enter a code after signing up?
It confirms the email address is really yours, so password resets, invoices and alerts reach you. Enter the 6-digit code we emailed (valid 15 minutes) or use "Send a new code". Disposable email services are not accepted.
How long does it take to set up a bot?
A few minutes: sign up, add your AI key, install a template, connect a channel and publish. Building a fully custom flow from scratch takes longer but uses the same no-code builder.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial unlocks every feature without a credit card.
What are 'provider keys' and why do I need my own?
Convo360 is bring-your-own-keys (BYOK): you connect your own OpenAI/Claude/Gemini and voice accounts. This keeps you in control and means there's no per-message markup on top of the flat platform fee.
