Contacts & CRM
Every person who messages or calls becomes a contact. The built-in CRM turns those contacts into a pipeline you can actually work.
Contacts & groups
Import contacts by CSV or add them as conversations come in. Organise them into groups for targeting campaigns and broadcasts. Each contact keeps its full history across every channel.
The CRM pipeline
- Move leads across stages on a Kanban board, or switch to List for a table of every lead with its phone, email, value and stage. Search by name, phone, email or company, and filter the list by stage. Your choice of Board or List is remembered.
- Add notes, tasks and reminders — assignees get notified when something's due.
- Capture leads automatically from chats, forms, calls and payments.
Automate it
Post-call and post-chat actions can create or update a CRM lead automatically. Connect a payment trigger to move a deal to “Paid” the moment money arrives.
Importing a CSV: check first, then import
Upload any CSV and map the columns. Press Check and the platform reports, before anything is written, how many rows are correct, how many numbers already exist (those are updated, never duplicated), how many are incorrect and exactly why — empty or invalid phone number, duplicate row in the file, invalid email — with the row number and a downloadable list of problem rows. You can then Discard the file, fix the mapping, or Import the correct rows. The success message tells you how many contacts were uploaded, how many were new, how many updated and how many skipped.
Custom fields: reuse the ones you already have
Any column you map to Custom field becomes a custom field named after the column (Loan Amount → loan_amount). On your next upload the Maps to dropdown lists every custom field the workspace already has (Custom · loan_amount), and a column whose name matches one is mapped to it automatically — so repeat uploads update the same field instead of creating a near-duplicate. Pick New custom field only when the column is genuinely new.
Missing country codes are added for you
Many lists carry local numbers such as 98200 12345 with no 91. Choose the country those numbers belong to (India is the default; the Gulf, UK, US and 20 others are listed) and the check shows every number it would complete — row by row, before and after — and asks you to confirm. Tick to add the code, or untick to skip those rows. Numbers that already start with + or a country code are left exactly as typed.
