Sub-processors & Hosting

Last updated: [effective date] · Version 1.0

Convo360 is a multi-tenant SaaS platform operated by A Plus Solution. To provide the Service we rely on a small number of third-party providers ("sub-processors"). This page lists them, discloses our hosting region, and explains how we notify you of changes. It forms part of our Data Processing Addendum.

Hosting

The Convo360 application and database run on cloud infrastructure. WhatsApp messages route through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API before reaching the platform. We may change our infrastructure provider from time to time; when we do, we update this page and give notice as described below.

AI providers run on your own keys (BYOK). AI and voice model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Sarvam, Smallest.ai, ElevenLabs) are accessed using your own API keys and accounts. They are therefore your sub-processors, not ours, and are governed by your agreements with them. Because processing runs on your keys under your settings, your data is never used by Convo360 to train any AI or model.

Changes to sub-processors

We may add or replace a sub-processor. When we do, we will update this page and, where you have an active subscription, notify you at least 30 days in advance (by email or in-app). You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds; if we cannot address the objection, you may terminate the affected Service and export your data.
