Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Convo360 (the "Platform"), owned and operated by A Plus Solution ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and all activity and users under it.

2. Bring your own keys (BYOK)

You connect your own AI, voice and telephony provider keys. You are responsible for those accounts and all charges they bill, and for complying with their terms. We are not a party to your relationship with those providers.

3. Acceptable use

You will use the Platform lawfully and in line with applicable telecom, data-protection and anti-spam laws, and the rules of the networks you use (including WhatsApp/Meta policies and, in India, TRAI/DLT). You will obtain required consents and will not send unsolicited bulk messages or unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.

4. Billing, wallet & taxes

Paid features run on a prepaid wallet; charges are deducted from your balance. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated; Indian customers can add a GSTIN for a tax invoice. Auto-renew, when on, renews from your wallet — never from a card. Except where required by law, payments and consumed services are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).

5. Resellers & white-label partners

Partner access is granted at our discretion on agreed commercial terms. A white-label partner may run the Platform under its own brand and domain while its term is paid and current; if not renewed, white-label branding and access may stop. Partners are responsible for their own customers, support, billing and compliance.

6. Data & privacy

You own the data you and your end-users submit; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Platform. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform and all related intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of A Plus Solution. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell (except as an approved partner) or create derivative works.

8. Warranties & liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, risk to the Platform, or as required by law or provider rules. You may stop using the Platform anytime; provisions that by nature survive will survive.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
